  2. Pete P Yeah and it's not that California has 38 million people, more than any other state or all of Canada right? Certainly not. There are also some run-down places in this state (L.A., Stockton, Oakland) where gangs run rampant so it's also a law enforcement issue.

Roger Stoned I don't like guns at all, I believe that only certain types of people should come into possession of them (the responsible types), but I believe that's a fair compromise and certainly not a direct violation of the 2nd Amendment. After all, the Founding Fathers didn't write that during a time when you could fire 150 rounds per minute.

  6. Josh Neal Law enforcement is a government entity. I believe Roger here was referring to the public only when he was calling for a ban on semi-automatics.
