This is awful. Gang violence would be drastically reduced if drugs were legalized, so they wouldn't have to fight over territory. But clearly, guns should be highly restricted in certain parts of this country. The more concentrated people are in a certain area, the more opportunity people will have to shoot one another. Cities are to be handled differently than areas where people are dispersed more widely or where the violent crime rate is lower on average.
