The dude sees two scruffy white men pointing guns and him and trying to grab him, with their truck blocking the way. How would you react in that situation? For all he knew, he was being abducted --- as happens far too often to innocent people in this country, unfortunately. And yes I say "innocent," because walking through a house under construction is NOT a crime. Nor did the homeowner seem to care, as he testified that he never asked the McMichaels to do this. Put these men behind bars for life. Absolutely despicable.
