I would have driven 1" rebar stakes a few feet into the ground inside the blocks before filling with cement. And then lag bolting the trailer to the anchors. These people were "camping". I kinda recall something in the bible about a foolish man builds their house on a riverbed expecting it to not wash away. Those who buy/build on a floodplain river bed should expect to get wet, keep a Zodiac fully stocked and at the ready, BEFORE the 60" flat screen or Xbox, and build on stilts. I have a sister and she's a grandmother with all their kids out there, but Western Ky. they're fine. She's not bright, she was in Tenn. before Ky. I've lived all over the country and been to a dozen countries. When it came time to settle down and plant roots I did so in a place that can't flood, earthquakes are not tectonic plates or fracking, not in a pine oil forest, my jungle isn't gonna burn. We have to pour gas on stuff to get it started here. And hurricanes avoid a monolith so protected by that geological attribute, plus if sea level rises we have 2 miles plus of elevation to move up to. For the last quarter century I've watched all the prayers in the world not stop tragedies happening to "poorly educated" peoples in the U$ and around the world.
