outlawX357 It's not my kuliana to be telling folks where and where not to live. They should have paid attention in geography class. Isn't there some words in the bible about fools who build their homes on sand should not complain when the rain washes them away? Stupid is as stupid does. I have no idea why they don't move. Family lived on the plains for generations? How many generations of stupid does it take? You'd think people would learn from history/experience but obviously not.
