Germany shot itself in the foot by ditching cheap Russian energy. Now Germany will never be competitive on the world stage again.
54
What's keeping it afloat? Billions of American and European tax dollars.
52
"You can't keep snakes in your backyard and expect them to only bite your neighbour" --- Hillary Clinton π
50
NATO needs Turkiye more than Turkiye needs NATO. Biggest military after the USA and the most strategically important location.
38
β @javanava8925 What difference does it make? Good luck fighting a war with your legs blown off. "It's alright guys, I'm only wounded!"
31
Failing Europe still clinging to their imperial past π
29
Amerikkkan rules.
28
Why help? You'll just turn around and blame the west, as usual.
24
β @protagonist9716 Meh. Antagonizing other nations, sure. Alienating foreign investors? Nope.
22
Tell us you don't understand China's economic power, without telling us you don't understand China's economic power.
21

20
@guydreamr "Anybody who disagrees with my programming is a bot!" --- Average European/American 2023
19
This is why the west is crumbling. You think any form of criticism is a "bot". What a sheltered existence. π€¦πΏββοΈ
19
"random person" engaging in hate speech.
19
β @DeWellstein You apply for asylum BEFORE you hop on a boat.
19
β @richardblock2458 Nah. Tina was correct about everything.
18
β @Zezam_ Turkey would stomp Sweden. You barely have a functioning military π
17
@ghhghh8554 Japan has been colonized by the USA for 80 years.
16
@lif6737 Democratic countries are in decline. Autocratic countries are growing exponentially. Demographics are destiny. If 90% of the world population live, grow, and endorse authoritarianism, then authoritarianism will be the future. That's just the way it is.
16
West -- "The WORLD stands with Ukraine!" The World -- "You don't speak for us..."
16
@cookiecola5852 The IMF is predicting growth for the Russian economy, but contraction for EU economy.
16
@Π―ΠΠ΅Π·ΡΠΌΡΠ½Π½ΡΠΉ-ΠΎ5Ρ Doesn't Russia also fly strategic bombers close to American airspace near Alaska? Both the USA and Russia have been testing each other's defensive capabilities for years. It's part of the geopolitical/military readiness game. I don't think it has anything to do with Russia invading Ukraine.
16
β @SAapproves 1950 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!!" 1970 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!!" 2000 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!!" 2023 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!!!" 2050 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!!" 2100 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!!!! 2200 --- "As soon as the dollar gets dumped!!!!! Today's the day!!!!! PRICS ftw!!!!!!!!!" πππππ
15
β @themeanmachine84 Did you even read the comment? It's passages from the book that encourage violence.
15
@NafoDato South Africa? Half the country can't keep the lights on.
15
β @zdravkobelinski4627 The beauty of a multipolar world π
15
β @Wargasm54 A-10s don't work well in areas saturated with anti-air defenses.
14
"Evacuated" is a stretch. Amazing how we twist words, definitions, and phrases around...
14
β @jerniganinc1085 How's that going to happen, realistically? The industrial capability is all in China. The USA has practically no manufacturing capability. The labour costs in China are 3-4 times lower than the USA. Producing things in America will cost more than most people can afford. If you think a $1000 iphone is expensive now, wait until you're paying $5000 dollars. That's what American labour would cost. It all sounds well and good, but in the real world, it just isn't feasible.
14
β @jaycou7126 Like when NATO got bent over by the Taliban? π
14
β @GrandmasterFU666 Israel colonized Palestinian land. The people of Gaza have every right to fight back.
14
To be fair, everybody is laughing at Elon.
13
β @user-sk6qj9yf6w "Where do American Indians live"? Many live on tax-free, federal/state government-free Reservations. Autonomous places where they set the rules for themselves. Many also live within mainstream American/Canadian society.
13
Talking about the USA and UK. He was right.
13
β @galbax1 Exiled Russians have a bad outlook on Russia? SHOCKING! π
13
@BingoPaletot lol imagine actually believing that "500,000" have been killed, captured, or wounded. π€£
13
@MrToubrouk You do realize that China already beat you at your own game, right?
12
Several months ago --- "tanks are obsolete on the modern battlefield!" Today --- "Tanks are a game changer!"
12
Repeating General "we are winning in Afghanistan!" Milley's erroneous talking points, now?
12
@farboda.1122 Ukraine is now drafting 60 year olds. All the fighting age men are dead or wounded.
12
β @brenthorn2475 Maybe not everything. But most things will become exorbitantly expensive. Think of the millions of Americans that currently are struggling with the cost of living. That expensive $1000 iphone made in China, will now be a $5000 iphone made in the USA.
12
β @Blodhelm India treats it's poor better than the USA does. Try again, colonizer.
12
In 2020, this was considered racism. In 2023, it's being applauded.
12

12
β Tracchofyre The Western nations look a lot closer to collapse than anyone else. π
11
β @SmilingNinja China cares more about lives than the USA and Europe do. After all, when's the last time China invaded anybody? You cannot say the same for the USA and Europe.
11
β @Bonjour-World Allah has much to do with the Taliban.
11
β @tasreasfatemsa8266 Japan doesn't seem to remember the millions they slaughtered in China, Korea, or the Philippines, though...
