Surely Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran would have no problem trading with Venezuela via Rubles, Yuan, Won, or Rial? Mighty Venezuela has at least four major currencies to trade in. Why aren't they the big powerhouse of the world?

The problem with westerners, like you, is that you've been brainwashed into believing that your 10% of the world population (USA/Europe) speaks for the other 90% of world population (Africa, Asia, South America). Russia is forging friendships around the world, whilst more and more nations are rejecting Europe and the USA, rejecting the dollar, and moving towards Russia and China.
