The reason universal healthcare isn't comprehensive in the USA is because politicians, pharmaceutical/medical corporations, and doctors profit from astronomical medical costs. It's not in their interest to profit less. It has nothing to do with military spending. Stop learning your worldview from memes posted by basement dwellers.
