Regarding Boeing, i dont think they can be blamed for anything in tjis case, the skull and bones presentation was not an endorsement of OGs plans The 45 deg thing is something Stockton represented as "Boeing otherwise can't put it in their models", basically the function was never understood. But really, OG would involve them exactly as much that it never got tangible. Psycho stuff. Footnote: but we don't yet know if they sold leftover fibre or not. Coast guard only said they were unable to verify it. Someone should have a purchase order and a price list at the very least. And that someone would probably also know which pile it came from 😂😂

In the UW clips you pointed out the lack of mention of spencer. Look at the material bits more. There was Brian. There was the odd genius mentioned in the exit interview. And many more. The buck got passed and never was anywhere at the same time.

The lawyer is not his friend, but Boeing's that alone will make you nervous. But basically it's the same for all "partners", they got lured in, and if they were smart they withdrew. If they insisted on doing it well, OG never spoke to them again - but would probably have spoken of "working with them" even if they were just meeting in court... The UW witness seemed to me like he was still on Stockton cool-aid, i think much what he reported on status was what Stockton TOLD him. I am not sure if he confirmed any of that himself.

@solareclipsetimer you don't know if they promised anything. Keep in mind one of the manufacturers refused to build it unless the process was changed. (Not successfully improved of course). If you read the "exit interview" you'll see they just decided to make the hull thinner and just decided to not use the recommended safety margins etc. Any cooperation partner would have been misled in such situations or maybe (UW) they just loved the glory too much and didn't pull out loudly enough. They probably didn't know how to get out of this situation. They had provided some kind of work or support, and OG (former paying client already in the past) was presenting it to the max. They'd have had to sue them, and what is the claim? "You say we worked with you, which we did, but we weren't really part of your project!" 😅
