@seanzibonanzi64 What an ignorant thing to say. Russians would have starved to death before Stalingrad if it weren’t for LL. Even watching this video provides an example: Russia’s desire to subjugate Tehran being frustrated by a lack of military equipment. Even before the US entered the war in 1941, they had already been sending supplies to the Soviet Union and Stalingrad took place over 1942-1943 and the battle was a very close run thing. Take away Western aid and they likely lose.

According to the Russian historian Boris Vadimovich Sokolov: “…without these Western shipments under Lend-Lease the Soviet Union not only would not have been able to win the Great Patriotic War, it would not have been able even to oppose the German invaders, since it could not itself produce sufficient quantities of arms and military equipment or adequate supplies of fuel and ammunition. The Soviet authorities were well aware of this dependency on Lend-Lease. Thus, Stalin told Harry Hopkins [FDR's emissary to Moscow in July 1941] that the U.S.S.R. could not match Germany's might as an occupier of Europe and its resources.”

@seanzibonanzi64 Show me a citation for that 3%.

@sogerc1 Exactly. Something I also usually point out when responding to posts like the one I initially responded to. And Stalin froze in a panic for nearly a weak after Hitler invaded, hiding in his dacha and expecting a bullet. That week of paralysis cost millions of lives. M

Beyond the nearly 500,000 planes, tanks and trucks from 🇺🇸, let’s not forget that without the Brits and Enigma breaking the Germans’ codes, Russia wouldn’t have had all the Germans’ plans and dispositions on a silver platter. The value of that is incalculable.

Zombie State Media now claims that the West was on the side of Hitler for most of the war.

@andreypolovinko1244 I gave a source, halfwit. And he was a famous Russian historian. But I guess maybe your excuse will be that he was secretly owned by the CIA.

@Human95 Yeah, the US is constantly annexing the land of small countries. 🙄Meanwhile, the USSR and Russia have been doing that endlessly to countries in Europe and Asia, including even in the last 20 years.
1
@tripwire8457 Yeah, that’s much worse than Russia actively carving up Polish territory for itself. 🙄 In your eyes, actual violence and absorbing another country’s territory is better than simply failing to come to its aid. Makes a lot of sense. BTW, Russia is kind of forgetting to help fulfill its obligations to Armenia right now. So, hypocritical much?

@johnlacey3857 [Kerncraft beat] Zombie, zombie, zombie. Z-boys = Russian trolls, my boy.

@andreypolovinko1244 My name is Nick Talbot and I called you a halfwit because my source was included in my post and you still asked for a source.

@andreypolovinko1244 Fair enough.

@chinazieswillstartww3253 What’s your point?
1
@johnlacey3857 Oh, to clarify further, don’t forget the letter “Z” is what Russia is officially using as a nationalist rallying symbol. Their own little Swastika.

@ralphtapper1388 You seriously need to educate yourself. Both STALIN and KHRUSHCHEV said they would’ve lost without American help. I’ll trust them over you., especially since it’s something they would never want to admit. The US gave Russia $180 billion in aid (that’s 10x more aid than Ukraine has received so far) from 1941-1945. You really think 🇷🇺 would have been able to sustain its defense into 1942 and then push out of 🇷🇺 over the next 5 years without the following from the US: -400,000 jeeps & trucks -14,000 airplanes -8,000 tractors -13,000 tanks -1.5 million blankets -15 million pairs of army boots -107,000 tons of cotton -2.7 million tons of petrol products -4.5 million tons of food

@chinazieswillstartww3253 I couldn’t understand that you would make such a silly point as if it proved a point. The majority of Ukraine’s weapons are still ones they’ve produced themselves, but without the aid you think they would still be standing? No. And Russia, without the 437,000 tanks, planes and trucks the US provided they would have had no choice. Funny that Stalin and Khrushchev can admit they would’ve lost without the US, but you can’t.

People are dumb. Very dumb. However, scientists have recently discovered most farmers are using about 12x too much fertilizer. There’s a new technique that yields better crops with much less fertilizer. If this technique gains widespread awareness, it will severely undermine Russia’s fertilizer industry.

How dare you point out the fact that Russia’s “Great Patriotic War” would have been a losing one if it weren’t for the 🇺🇸? And most Russians today don’t even know they were allied with Hitler until he stabbed them in the back.
