  1. A small clarification: the soldier complaining about the $ had signed up before the big $ bump and was asking why those who had signed up earlier shouldn’t get raises. But I’m sure 🇷🇺is cheating many of these new recruits out of their $.

  2.  @bekeneel  Sadly, 🇺🇦 is getting F-16s w/very old radars while 🇷🇺 jets have far more advanced radars/RWR (except the Su-24), but the F-16s won’t be tangling w/them. They’ll just be focused on air defense until they get more F-16s. At which point they’ll likely start doing some A2G sorties. They couldn’t try BVR against 🇷🇺 jets even if they wanted to because the US is only giving them extremely short range missiles. It’s a travesty. What they need is the Meteor, but I don’t think the F-16 is compatible with that yet.

  3. Sadly, the US will never give them any of their newer missiles because some will inevitably land somewhat intact in Russia, which will then get studied by China and Russia and would compromise US air power in the event of a conflict.
