  3.  @johnmcgee636  I suppose you're right. But such acrimony leaves too many casualties in its wake. I guess conservatives only care about a small group of people. That ain't to say liberals are devoid of self-serving behaviors. But it just seems so stupid to be worrying about other people's lives that much. Insurance isn't gonna change because a gay woman puts her wife on as a dependent. End of life decisions and accumulated estates should rightfully go to the spouse. Hell, in heterosexual common law marriages, the probate judgement often goes in favor of the common law widow. What's the difference if they're of the same sex? This drives me nuts.

  4. First off, I'm happy you're no longer closeted. I'm not gay so I can't imagine how hellish your own life has been with a bunch of people getting mad at you over something organic to you. I still will never understand how a man would hurdle Beyonce to get to Jay Z but I'm not the emperor. Thing is, neither are they. It's odd that they claim to be all about liberty but the truth is that they want it for themselves and nobody else. Keep your head up.
