this is america. convict him THEN talk all the shit you like. oj didn't commit murder. neither did that kennedy kid. chris brown isn't guilty... yet. either way, it's a really self righteous place for anyone to talk about the morality of it 1 way or the other. no, i don't condone with socking up your girl or ANYONE. but i don't pretend to know any of the nuances in this situation. i condone self-righteous rhetoric even less.

in all fairness, i can identify with usher. he had no business talking about it & published an apology. i take issue at cenk trying to dictate how chris brown should cope. is it a little inappropriate? maybe; maybe not. it's not anyone's biz but the principles & their loved ones. usher had cause to say ANYTHING. usher was stand-up enough to see his error. yes, chris is BOGUS for giving her the fu-fops BUT, thta doesn't qualify anyone to say anything about that in print.

you're entitled to call it whatever you like. this is america after all. but the reality is that brown hasn't had his day in court. ultimately, he's innocent of any wrong doing right now. nevertheless, she's gotta be sick in the head if he's (allegedly) whooping on her ass. like i said, self preservation is a mechanism among higher forms of life that are sane. even a roach will run if you stomp it & it survives. she's not right in the head. deal with it
