You are correct. Stalking DOES have a specific meaning. According to Sect. 748.048, stalking means following or surveiling someone more than once and you're not the cops. The last time I looked, GZ followed TM in his car, lost visual, drove, regained visual, got out of his car, then followed the boy on foot. That's stalking. You chase me, I'm kicking your ass. You'd to kick mine too. TM didn't have the duty to retreat from a stalker.

It's not a twist on anything. Zimmerman was operating on no ordinance or authority when he followed that boy. That's stalking.

No. It's not legal to stalk people; especially not while you're wearing a gun. A gun is to protect yourself. It's not your insurance when you pretend to be a freelance cop & get your ass kicked. You better get acquainted with legal terminology before you parade your ignorance on the internet. The loser is posting your comments.

Or graduated med school or gone into space or been elected president... or worked as a carpenter. Either way, he had a right to exist. Zimmerman needs to be in jail for violating that right.

Stalking while armed is absolutely illegal. Following or surveiling a person on no ordinance is stalking per Section 748.048 of the Florida code. Zimmerman did it in his truck then on foot. That fits the legal criteria. You're coming off as a dumbass right now.

You are a failure.

Get your fallacies straight. You mean to say false equivalency. Irrespective of that, Zimmerman provoked the situation by stalking the boy. Aside from that, escalating violence to lethal force isn't qualified or mitigated. Can I shoot every person who takes a poke at me? No. The fact is that George had 11yrs & 40lbs on Trayvon. I'm picking the stocky adult in a fistfight versus a skinny teenager. So's everyone else. Your argument fails.

I make no assumptions. I follow the evidence that says you're dumb. Fuck your "side". The fact is that Zimmerman caused the situation by stalking that boy. Then when shit got real, he panicked & murdered that boy. Again, it IS debateable because he's the only person, between the 2 of them, who's alive to tell a story. Following someone IS stalking them. The police are hired & trained to investigate crime; not some asshole who bought a 9mm so he could play cops & robbers

Yes, you ARE expected to report suspicious people. But when you follow them, the results can be lethal. That's why there re laws on the books that prohibit idiots like Zimmerman from playing cop. And yeah, you can walk where you please. But when you follow someone & you're operating on no authority, you're breaking the law. And damned if Trayvon wasn't gonna lead some sicko to his home. You wouldn't either. Don't be daft.

I make no assumptions. I follow the evidence. Fuck your "side". Truthfully, fuck my side too. The fact is that Zimmerman caused the situation by stalking that boy. Dipshit.

Your stupidity IS my enemy. Zimmerman may have very well been getting his ass kicked. But he's the guy who caused the ass-kicking. He had no business following that boy at ANY point for ANY period of time. That's stalking. And no, every fistfight shouldn't end in a death. You sound like a coward who can't fight.
1
No. He beat a person that was aggressively pursuing him. He beat a man who, on NO ordinance or authority, was "investigating" his presence & his behavior. He beat a stalker. Let ME follow your mother or daughter or wife & see if you don't want to kick MY ass. Also, a fistfight ain't attempted murder, moron.
1
No. That jury disagrees. You don't speak for all of society any more than I do or, ultimately, they do. So be careful about the stupid shit you say. And the only "loser" here is that boy & his family. But you wait & see. The Trayvon will have a gun. Then you'll be the loser because oyu think it's okay to wear guns & stalk innocent people.
1
You're such a loser.
1
No they don't. You don't have a right to ask me where I'm going. That's stalking & harassment. Are you high? The dispatcher said, "which way is he going?" not "follow him & tell me his vector". In fact, the dispatcher told him NOT to do that. Also, the time lapse doesn't corroborate that at all. The fight happened too close to Trayvon's crib & too far from George's car for Trayvon to have intercepted him. Trayvon wasn't THAT fast.

And yeah, you ARE a coward if you think a 28yo man needs a pistol to ward off a skinny, teenager. Spare me the "you forfeit your life" shit. That's cowardspeak.

Did Trayvon have the right to ask HIM where HE was going? FUCK no because Trayvon had no authority or ordinance just like George had no authority or ordinance. And your excuse about the street design is lame. Wanna know why? Because if you put your car in park, you can't follow anyone who's moving. Zimmerman stalked that boy.
