  3. That's not what Weber or Marx said. And the practitioners I mentioned didn't see it that way either. Corruption isn't caused by an imbalance in power. Corruption is more influenced by human folly & compounded by power. And I've yet to see a communist that identifies as an anarchists. You may be confusing Marx's premise of capitalism's perish as implied anarchy but that's a false association.

  4. Not exactly, Communism means the citizens & the state are the same body. The most idealistic view is that people control gov't thus people control everything. Of course corruption ruins the virtue but take a look at Lenin, Stalin, Kruschev & even Gorbechov's own writings on the subject.
