  1. I agree that diabetic people need to be mindful of preventive measures like watching their weight by avoiding excessive consumption and exercising regularly. But some diabetics are totally dependent on supplemental insulin and there's no excuse for gouging them. That aside, Gaetz doesn't understand that lifestyles don't always lend themselves to having time or energy for the gym; much less access to a salad bar.
