  1. You can't just demand longer working hours. For companies to justify doing that, there has to be high demand for your product, therefore, more production. If your employer doesn't want to give you overtime it's because they can't afford to and they can't justify doing it because demand is not there. It's common sense! Just look for part time work elsewhere.
