  2.  @mcmans.  At least you can pass it on to family members. So in essence you're passing on this wealth. In China you can't do anything of the sort. So what are you paying for when your kids have to always start from ground zero?

  3. How the heck does paper work get processed in China? Are they bribing the local notary public/municipality to fudge the exchange in titles? How does this insanity work? It doesn't make any sense.
