It's not "revenge saving" it's just "saving". Who are you taking revenge against by saving?

@hunggiang1475 That's just common sense. It's something our parents and grand parents did. Do not spend more than you make and save the rest 🤣. This is what people literally did even before credit cards were invented.

@reginageorgetownuni This isn't "taking revenge", it's called "having common sense for once". Stop calling it what it isn't. It's just a bunch of empty buzzwords.

@hunggiang1475 You still need to participate in the economy. After all people still need to eat and clothe themselves right?

@hunggiang1475 Then young people are truly screwed if they're taking direction from social media and not their parents who should be educating them about how money works.

@xLuis89x You've completely missed my point. This has nothing to do with degrees and everything to do with having money sense. The problem is you have a culture that encourages consumption because to not show off means you've been left behind. People need to be taught how money works. Look at the state of the world right now. People are more in debt than ever. Our parents and grand parents didn't spend themselves thin trying to keep up with trends.

@reginageorgetownuni this isn't so trivial when a lot of people are getting affected.
