  1. Data from China is always dubious because it can't be confirmed by an outside, impartial source. Production numbers and GDP are numbers that can be easily manipulated. Even this so called campaign to tell the whole world that "China is doing great economically" is questionable. When the US economy is underperforming, numbers reflect that simple fact. China only talks about economy when their economy isn't doing great in the first place.
