  2. It's not just housing, this is how business works in China. A lot of people in China don't know how real business works outside of government stimulus. That's why there's so much inefficiency and most people don't bother to "up" their quality.

  3. Only time they will hire a 35 year old is if they work for free. Then again, the same can be said about everyone else, young 20 somethings work for next to nothing.

  4. It's sad that we've come to this. "Old" is basically someone they cannot hire because they can't pay them anymore and young people will pretty much grab whatever "opportunity" comes their way so long as they get paid peanuts for it.

  5. And it's literally the group that has kids and is supporting the elderly. China is digging itself into a grave - These 35 + group will be the new face of social upheaval and protests in China.
