  4. You would think that. But people only look at price tags and not quality. Then they learn the hard way when they wind up spending a lot of money getting it maintained because it keeps breaking. People think they're "saving" when they will end up spending about the same and then some versus buying something that already has a track record for reliability. A lot of people are suckers.

  5. That's a good sign. Because if that ever happens you can bet that there will be lawsuits left, right, and center. Chinese EV's don't pass safety regulations in the US.

  6. Will never buy an EV. My diesel Toyota is good on gas and will last for a long time. Screw EV's. It's all propaganda to manipulate everyone.

  8.  @johntang4108  Gee I don't know, the fact that it won't just spontaneously combust when I park it somewhere. Or what about the fact that it won't be subjected to maintenance every few months because it keeps on breaking. A corporations "name" takes decades to build. Confidence is earned. It doesn't happen overnight just because you released propaganda saying that it's the best thing since sliced bread.

  10. A lot of Chinese aren't buying cars. BYD "surpassed" Tesla on paper and BYD fakes sales to keep getting government subsidies. It's all a lie.

  11. Same with Chinese made items that use chips which can potentially spy on consumers. They need to seriously vet these products before they come into the Western markets.
