It takes a special kind of person to believe , the bomb on the Kremlin was Ukraines doing and an attemp on putins life, the size of the boms , was more like a handgranate, at to believe someone, truly believe they could kill putin inside the kremlin with its thick walls is , let just say a bit far fetched !!
