Now I have not been able to find exact number of aid to africa the last 50 years , but when we have given then 12 billlion in 1 year , I would think what you claim , not to be true !!

We did not even want Ukraine in NATO, in the foreseeable future, and even if we did , russia can have no say in this !! Russia has 6000 nukes , so the notion they are in ANY kind of danger, is beyond stupid !!

If NATO wanted we could have taken them in 1991!! SO thats just propaganda to insure their own rule !!! And putin did not send aid to Donbas, he started the war there !!
