According to Articles I and III of the U.S. Constitution articulates the power of Congress to impeach Supreme Court judges (The president can select a Supreme Court judge, but only Congress can approve and impeach Supreme Court judges). Congress has the power to both set years of servitude for S.C. judges and how many judges can sit on the bench at any given time.

  8. I believe this whole abortion issue can easily be resolved by taking it to a national vote. Put it on the ballot and let WOMEN - not MEN vote on it. Whatever the outcome...problem solved.

  9. Apparently, there are three times within the first section of the contract waiver that states "death" is a possibility. I would think that should be enough of a clue. I've come to the realization that people with wealth aren't always intelligent, and quite often they lack common sense.
