  3. ​ @judithpalier6980 Failures, usually and oddly enough happen in a trifecta sequence of events. Case-in-point: 1.) Riley's fraternity brothers should have had his back and watched out for him. They could have called him a cab home. 2.) The bartender should have known when Riley had enough to drink and cut him off. 3.) The officers that questioned Riley should have realized that he was extremely intoxicated, and either offered him a ride home or placed him in the drunk tank to sleep it off. All three failed Riley. All three have some accountability in this young man's tragic and unfortunate death.
