  1. Here in Belgium roads are getting better: smooth surface, low rolling noise but gripping, bumps smoothed, rainwater evacuated faster, even bends widened. Cycling lanes detached, lightning updated, signalisation, … you name it. It’s still too much designed for king car, but there’s progress for cyclists. And cars are getting better too (and bigger): more fuel efficient, more EV, safer for passengers but also for pedestrians and cyclists, … and more high performance then ever before. So now it is possible to drive your car safely and efficiently at the allowed speed … speed limiters pop up everywhere. EVERYWHERE!
