  2. The cause of its downfall!? You’re serious!? The cause is those CEOs have forgotten what VW used to stand for, what the name VW literally means: the car for the people. The affordable, decent, practical, reliable, visionary car, with models for every purpose and phase in life. They had it exactly right with the eUP! (The perfect first EV for the new generation of drivers) and … they abandoned it. In favour of overpriced, oversized, overcomplicated luxury monsters, thinking they could convince consumers it’s too soon for EVs, while lobbying for big oil, big industry, big investors, … the elites. Shame on them!
