  1. Factually and sensitively done video, yet not over the top with sentimentality. (Not a slew of sob stories, just an honest look at reality) Perfect balance here Greg. Also, I loved the pacing of the video as well, slow enough without being boring. I assume that was your wife doing the interviews, she has such a pretty and calming voice, seemed like the people were opening up to her for that reason. It is heartening to see how empathetic you both are, I saw that in the "Ramen Guy" episode as well.
