  1.  @Kristina-rb2cc  because the foreigners are not genetically German, they are a different peoples so they can never truly adapt and when they get to a certain demographics they develop tribal in group preferences and act as a rival against the natives, it's just normal genetic survival strategy, it's why borders existed in the first place
