  1. people have tried building shelters/small housing for them but they just turn them into drug dens, other solution was half-way houses where they are not properly supervised. These people need constant supervision in a mental institution but there aren't enough of them anymore

  2. It's the same in all countries, they clear the homeless off just to move them somewhere else but never do anything to actually help them, which is sad since most of these people are mentally ill or/and victims of abuse that substance abuse to numb the pain

  3.  @psychoreactive  it's not just about taking away their drugs, true, but also making sure they take the medication they should be taking that is what they do in mental institutions
