Thanks AMD. I had 3 in row bad experience with Toyota dealership in Tallahassee, FL. They replaced the melting dashboard 04 Sienna but did not tighten the steering bolts securely and moved side to side, they deny the problem and I fixed it in their parking lot. I did recalled for Prius 06 steering bolts but they do not installed all the underbody cover properly and dragging on the road. I don't know why but probably they do not like to see 200k miles cars asking for free service. The parts department are great and give good info about common problems. Nice thing in south States, no rust and everything is much easier to work with DIY.
