Regular users of the pizza restuarant were journalists, aid workers and civilians. Some soldiers used it as you would expect for their convenience in their own country. Putins propaganda claimed it killed 2 generals, 50 soldiers and 20 foreign mercenaries. A pizza restuarant is not a military target, especially if you have civilians using it. Admitting to a war crime deliberately targetting a civilian building and at the same time lying about the casualty figures. It also doesnt say much for you either supporting it all.
