The "war on terror" Just like putin went after the chechnyan rebels after beslan. Yugoslavia was to prevent further genocide in the area. There are civilian casualties in all wars but at least the west tries to limit civilian losses and punishes those that dont follow the rules. Putins military does the opposite.

  4. Fascism aint glorious. Invading peaceful countries aint glorious. Terrorising and murdering civilians in occupied areas aint glorious. Indiscriminately shelling and bombing civilian areas aint glorious.What is glorious is a people willing to stand up against all the forementioned.   8. Sadly there is a lot of nationalism in the world from which fascism is the next step up. Putins russia seems to have now taken that step. Fascists/nationalists support fascists/nationalists the world over it seems. Modern day patriotism for your country and all the good things it stands up for, like freedom and democracy the world over, is the better way to love your country. Nationalism is just pure selfishness.
