  1. NATO is not an offensive organisation. Its a defensive coalition. It has no strategic plans to invade russia. Also putin is not invading because he wants black sea access. Hes invading because he wants to recreate the former soviet union in a new "greater russian world" that would again rival the west. Thats his main strategic goal. All the other benefits are minor compared to that main goal.
