  2. That luhansk citizen pow been getting more than 8 years of putins propaganda. Russia been transmitting putin state tv to all of ukraines border areas since he came to power in 2000. Thats how pro russia putin cloned puppet yanukovych was able to gradually win power before maidan removed him. It influenced political opinions and created ethnic division. The nazi stuff especially since 2014. A lot of ukranians speak russian as a first language so it was influencing them as well. Pro russian oligarchs helping not only with the corruption ukraine become well known for but also helping finance yanukovych into power. One even owning a section of ukranian tv media apparently. He was later appointed in yanukovychs govt where opposition channels were then sanctioned as part of the oppressive measures that eventually led to maidan.
