Military Police veteran Paul is still unable to assess a military situation properly. Admittedly with great losses, trapped or not Russians are taking ground back from Ukrainians which is the most important result in any war.

@mtnregnar198 Yes. Ukrainians did and now they are giving it up. They had big plans 6 months ago of encircling Bakhmut that were just a pie in the sky. Seeing how hesitantly they operate I realized at the time that it will take them a very long time to achieve this goal if at all. After posting this on YT all the replies ridiculed me because their fans cannot see reality.

@yeahnah7220 Russia is not you so Ukraine has to deal with that. It is Ukrainian goal as stated by their President every day to liberate every single yard of their land and they are failing miserably to do so.

Giving up land once or twice is fine as a tactical move but the problem is that Ukrainians have been doing this way too many thousands of times for way too long. Now whenever Ukrainians are losing ground to Russians they always make this lame excuse like you do instead of accepting that they are just incompetent.

@boink800 If you don't have attention deficit listen carefully to the video. You deny what Paul is saying in the video for a fact although most of it he dedicates to blasting Russians instead of criticizing Ukrainian failure to hold on to an one paved street village.

@jonlee2217 The same goes for Ukrainians for the entire 2023 and they are not going to win the war either. Be objective in applying the same criticism to both sides.

@sebastianhaban1366 Bad Ukranian approach to keep losing ground to Russians and then making the stupid justification that this good. Ukrainians will never win the war by holding on to high ground defensive positions. They have to go down to low ground too to take it otherwise they will never get rid of Russians on their soil.

@sylviamaresca8852 The biggest problems Ukraine has are two. 1. The country is not 100% mobilized for an existential war. 2. Top military leadership and president are incompetent in handling the current battlefield conditions. No new weapon system can be a game changer unless the first 2 problems are resolved.

@themindakviking The comparison is factual but not important. The crucial fact is that Ukraine is unable to liberate the remaining 17% of territory that Russia occupies. No amount of bragging of how much Ukraine did in the distant past can change that. And yes one year is a huge amount of time during a war.
