The dam disaster is Ukraine fault for procrastinating to launch the offensive months ago to prevent such disasters. More disasters are expected as the offensive has not started and Ukraine is still playing"shaping" operations games.

@andyacts2 Forget Russia. They are villains. It is Ukrainian army task to defend the country, its citizens and prevent the enemy from causing such a disaster and many others. They could have done this by launching the offensive much earlier and retaking the dam before Russians had a chance to blow it up.

@Inquisetor90 Wrong. Ukraine had the opportunity last year when Russians were in disarray withdrawing from Kherson to capture the dam by surprise before Russians could mine it or blow it up. I warned about this back in November while this was possible to do.

@ashleylittle6776 arm chair general is proven correct that without a Ukrainian offensive major disasters like today happened in the last 10 months and will happen in the future.
