@KnuxMaster368 The problem here was all of the people pushing for 2nd degree murder rather than 3rd. 3rd is pretty open and shut, but to prove 2nd they need to prove that it was his intent to kill. Bit of a stretch imo. If they're found not guilty on 2nd, double jeopardy kicks in and they can't be tried again. More riots, I guess. At least this time we'll be ready for it...
