  5. @Free Thinker, that law doesn’t give the federal government any authority to move immigrants anywhere past a designated port of entry unless the COMMISSIONER designates another location. So why have’nt we heard from him/ her? As to the legality?

It doesn’t give the government the authority to move any immigrants to anywhere but a designated port of entry unless the COMMISSIONER designates another location. Why haven’t they spoken up? Why haven’t we heard from them as far as the legality of what they did?
