  3. With the Senjo, were you checking the stability at various speeds by moving the SpringSharp top-speed slider up and down? If so, I suspect that what's happening isn't actually the ship being more stable at high speed than low, but, rather, the ship being, at all speeds, more stable when engined for a high top speed than when engined for a low top speed (due to all the extra heavy machinery low in the hull required to push it along at really-high speeds acting as ballast).

  4. 23:21 - I would counterargue that the U.S. submarine force in WWII proved that commerce raiding can win a war (at least under certain circumstances), given that they were able to essentially strangle Japan's supply of things like food and fuel oil.
