  2. The housing shortage was so bad in Tahoe, locals were pushed out. I was commuting at least 90 minutes each way to work because there was nothing in North Tahoe or Truckee. Some of my coworkers were commuting from Reno and Carson City...not fun in summer or winter!

  5.  @kevinorth1795  my friends live in Sequim, so it would be great to have them nearby. I like the area a lot. I've never been to Vancouver...just Starbucks off the 5. I like it's proximity to Oregon, PDX, and the 5. It looks beautiful. I lived briefly in Port Orchard...liked that as well.
