  1. Isaiah 53 doesn't talk about Jesus. The gospel writers, none of whom were Jews, made up a new interpretation of Isaiah. The author of Isaiah says over and over again the suffering servant is Israel itself, not the messiah. The only way to interpret 53 as Jesus is to read nothing BUT 53 out of Isaiah. LOL
