  4.  @puppehmuffin1  Several news articles refer to him as a 39 y.o. German man. The German press even says he's from Buchholz, a town south of Hamburg. Race and ethnicity should be more or less clear by the images. As for the background not sure what you want to know. He has a history of mental problems and that's about it.
