  1. If the Fed is going to 4% by '23, why would they not go .75 next time around? These expectations of a lower increase seem to be based on self delusions. The Fed can always skip an increase afterwards, and certainly they have plenty of room to adjust on the way to higher rates. The benefit of the shock effect of a .75 percent increase should not be underestimated.
