  6. They should have been allowed to counterfire with 155mm from the very beginning. Biden is too much like Neville Chamberlain. I can see being squeamish about long range missiles, but denying them the basic counterstrike capability that has been a part of warfare for hundreds of years is just irresponsible. Only a civilian would do something this stupid, and it smacks of McNamara's foolishness in Vietnam.
