@flintb6559 Not at all. If Russia suspected that some Ukrainians citizens was bad treated, they should have addressed the UN which could have made investigations and if necessary sent UN forces. They did not, they invaded, which shows that all they said was lies. Please note that a people can not have any rights. There are only Human Rights.
