  1. No. If Russia suspected that some Ukrainians was bad treated they should have addressed the UN which could have made investigations and if necessary sent UN forces. They did not. They invaded, which shows that all they said is false.

  3. ​Please stay with the facts. The Russian Federation Council decided on the first of March 2014 to send troops to Ukraine. Then the shelling started.

  4.  @alexsanders7481  It was Putin that asked the Russian Federation Council to get permission to send troops to Ukraine. The Council was hastedly assembled on the first of March 2014 and permission was given the same day. The number of troops has not been disclosed but Ukraine mobilized 14 brigades without succeding to throw them out.
