ICC set up is to help with their brand of democracy imposed on African countries, Latin Americans, and Asian leaders they want to regime change. ie on Putin. But the pressure on the ICC this time is too immense, and Mr. Khan has nothing to lose at this point in time, and the EU is trying to gain leverage on the Americans.
