  2.  @paradiso4562  California water report in late March 2016: The storage in the reservoirs has jumped up dramatically. Many of the reservoirs in the North were close to their capacity. In 2020 Newsom allowed the largest reservoirs in NORCAL to release a third of the water that went back in to the ocean. No new water capture or delivery infrastructure has been built for 50 years yet the population has more than doubled. I know facts are scary to you. It’s all about power hungry politicians keeping their thumb on the people.
